Electrical & electronic parts — non-returnable
Electrical and electronic parts are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased or installed. This includes control boards, motors, timers, relays, valves with solenoids, igniters, sensors, thermostats, and any other component containing electrical or electronic circuitry. Please verify the part number and compatibility before ordering.
Standard mechanical parts
Non-electrical mechanical parts (racks, gaskets, hoses, knobs, brackets, glass shelves, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to a Green Line error.
Defective or wrong parts
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
How to request a return
Contact us via the contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll issue an RMA and instructions.
