Electrical and electronic parts are non-returnable and non-refundable once installed

This applies to control boards, main control boards, electronic controls, PCBs, display boards, motors, timers, relays, valves with solenoids, igniters, sensors, thermostats, and any other component containing electrical or electronic circuitry. Please verify the part number and compatibility before installing.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed the same day they are placed. In-stock parts typically ship the same or next business day.

Delivery time

Typical delivery is approximately 3–7 business days depending on the customer's location and the shipping courier. Exact delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Shipping rate

Flat-rate shipping across Canada: $15.99 per order.

Standard mechanical parts

Non-electrical mechanical parts (racks, gaskets, hoses, knobs, brackets, glass shelves, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to a Green Line error.

Defective or wrong parts

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
