Description
This Whirlpool electronic control is listed under part number WP8564373. An electronic control receives input from the appliance controls and sensors and switches the components that run each cycle. If you notice a cycle that will not start, a display or keypad that stops responding, or functions that switch on at the wrong time, this part is one possible cause; wiring, door switches, sensors, the power supply or the keypad can produce similar symptoms. Electronic controls often have revisions, so match the part number on your old control or in the model parts list.
