Description
This Whirlpool surface burner igniter is listed under part number W11050467. A surface igniter creates the spark that lights a gas cooktop burner. If you notice clicking with no ignition, or a burner that will not light, this part is one possible cause; a wet or dirty burner cap, a misaligned cap or the spark module can produce similar symptoms. Gas parts should be installed by a qualified technician; match the part number to your model.
